Gas Assist System Refurbishment
In 2009, NitroJection Corporation began offering complete gas assist system repair, system rebuilding and parts services for many makes of gas assist systems. This service, unique in our industry, became a popular way for long-term gas assist molders to bring their older systems up to original performance standards, rather than retiring the unit and having to purchase new equipment. With the success and popularity of the program with our customers, we are expanding this service to all North American gas molders using any manufacturers’ equipment.
Our procedure is as follows: For a nominal fee, we perform a thorough inspection of the incoming unit and provide a written analysis of our findings, and a proposal to bring the unit back to its original performance. In some instances, we are even able to add processing options that were not available when the unit was originally built. Our engineers and technicians have become skilled with the functions, components and programming of all makes of equipment, including Alliance, Bauer, Cinpres, Epcon and Gain. Technologies.
